The stages of an elastomeric membrane roofing project

TECHNICAL INSPECTION

Preparing the support

APPLICATION OF THE UNDERCOAT
Application of the first membrane over the entire surface of the roof, hot-welded according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Installation of the FINISHING membrane
Installation of the finishing membrane, torch-applied to ensure continuous waterproofing, including around details such as drains, skylights, vents, and mechanical units.

Finishing touches

Final inspection and cleaning
